Hector brings decades of scientific expertise to Africa Clean Water Society's mission. A chemical oceanographer with advanced degrees in water and marine pollution, he earned his PhD in wastewater engineering, specializing in Membrane Bioreactors, from Cranfield University in the UK.

An inventor at heart, Hector holds two patents in water-treatment technology, reflecting his lifelong commitment to developing innovative solutions for clean water access.

His deep technical knowledge and passion for sustainable water systems make him an invaluable voice on our board as we work to bring safe, reliable water to communities across Africa.
